Explore where the pattern may have begun.
Once you’ve uncovered a recurring belief, emotion or behaviour, learn how to explore the experiences and interpretations that may have contributed to it.
Help your client connect the dots between what they experience now and what they may have learned, decided or adapted to earlier in life.
When we understand where a pattern came from, the present can start making a lot more sense.
05 — The Resolution Process
Help clients process the experience instead of continuing to carry it.
Learn a structured process for exploring what happened, what belonged to others, what the client has made it mean about themselves, and where their power sits now.
Move through blame, personal agency, shame or guilt, compassion and ultimately the wisdom that can be extracted from the experience.
We can’t change what happened. We can change what the client continues to carry forward from it.
06 — Cause • Effect • Meaning
Separate what happened from what the client made it mean.
Learn a simple framework for breaking an experience into three parts:
CAUSE – What actually happened?
EFFECT – How did it impact me?
MEANING – What did I decide this meant about me, other people or the world?
This helps clients recognise that the meaning they created from an experience is not necessarily the same thing as the event itself.
And when the meaning becomes visible, it can be explored.
07 — The Awareness Ladder
Turn unconscious patterns into conscious choice.
Learn how to help clients break down their experience so they can recognise what they’re thinking, feeling, believing and doing – rather than simply reacting automatically.
The Awareness Ladder gives you a structured way to create those “Oh wow… I didn’t realise that’s what I wanted” moments.
Because we can’t intentionally change what we haven’t yet become aware of.
08 — Belief Detective
Identify the belief underneath the behaviour.
Learn how to recognise the hidden beliefs and internal rules that can make a client’s current behaviour completely understandable.

“It’s not safe to be seen.”
“I can’t trust people.”
Instead of trying to change the behaviour at surface level, you’ll learn how to explore the belief that may be driving it.
When you find the belief, the behaviour starts making sense.
09 — Intentional Reframing
Help your client create a new way of seeing the situation.
Learn how to move beyond simply identifying an old belief and help your client develop a more useful, believable and intentional perspective.
This isn’t about positive thinking or pretending something didn’t happen.
It’s about helping the client ask:
“What do I choose to believe now?”
Change the meaning, and you create the possibility of a different response.

Turn insight into something your client can actually live.
The session doesn’t end with an “aha.”
